Extra Information

When you would like to book I will send you a "how to book the Chamonix apartment page" which will give you details on how to pay the non-refundable deposit required to confirm the booking.

On receipt of the deposit a booking voucher "Bon de reservation" will be sent to you which you need to give to the management agency in Chamonix on arrival. I will also send you an "information sheet" which will give you, hopefully, all the further information you require!

On arrival in Chamonix:

Our management agency, located just behind the flat, will welcome you and give you keys.

Opening hours of management agency: (Please make sure you arrive within these times.)
Mon., Tues., Thurs. to Sat: 9:00-12:00 & 15:00 -19:30.
Wednesday & Sunday: 17:30 - 19:30

The rest of the rent for the flat will then be collected in cash or cheques made out in Euros. Please note credit card facilities are not available. (There are many ATMs within walking distance). Alternatively you may transfer the total amount in Euros or Sterling at the time of booking.

You will be required to pay Chamonix tourist tax - collected by the management agency @ €1 per adult per day (this will give you free access to all the buses which service the whole of the Chamonix valley).

A deposit of €320 or £200 will be taken on arrival. Deposit is given back on departure after the apartment has been checked.

There is a final cleaning charge of €30. You are welcome to do the cleaning yourselves.

Bed linen & towels can be hired for €13/person per change. You are welcome to bring your own.

Checking in is Saturday after 5pm (although if the apartment is ready they will give you the keys earlier) - checking out is Saturday before10am.
